Sessions are thoughtfully personalized to each teen’s unique interests, strengths, and goals. Through music-based experiences, teens can develop self-expression, emotional awareness, coping strategies, and a stronger connection with themselves and others.
Teen Tune-Up sessions are offered at my accessible home office space in Springbank, in the comfort of your own home, or online; and are designed to meet teens wherever they are on their journey.

Creative Music Lessons
Every person learns in their own unique way. Creative Music Lessons offer a personalized approach that honours individual learning styles while building confidence, creativity, and connection through the power of music.
Creative lessons combine musical learning with therapeutic goals and techniques, creating a supportive environment where individuals can grow at their own pace and experience success.
Creative Music Lessons are offered at my accessible home office space in Springbank.
We offer creative lessons in: flute, guitar, piano, ukulele, and voice.
Somatic Sound Sessions
Reconnect with yourself through the restorative power of sound, breath, and mindful awareness. Somatic Sound Sessions offer a grounding space to support nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and a deeper connection with your body.
Each session blends therapeutic sound practices with intentional breathing, relaxation, and somatic techniques to help you slow down, release tension, and create space for restoration and renewal.

Sessions are thoughtfully designed around the needs and goals of each group, creating opportunities for connection, self-expression, confidence, and meaningful participation within a supportive community.
Wood & Wire offers group music therapy in a variety of settings, including daycares, schools, day programs, residential treatment facilities, retirement homes, and community spaces.

Through intentional sound, breath, and stillness, participants are invited to pause, release the busyness of everyday life, and reconnect with themselves and the community around them.
